Aquatics​/Wellness Program Manager NF

This position is located at Fort Lee, VA.

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of aquatic, wellness, and fitness center facilities, personnel, safety, training, development, and recreational عوامل.
• Establishes, develops, updates, and monitors the Aquatic Risk Management plan and Standard Operating Procedures for all aquatic/ wellness facilities/ programs and enforces compliance.
• Prepares budget input including UFR updates and request for special funding. Performs financial management and budgetary duties related to the assessment, development, consolidation, and evaluation of aquatic, wellness, and recreation programs.
• Establishes, develops, coordinates, and executes aquatic training/ recertification curriculum to include lifeguarding, lifeguard instructor, and other safety and recreational training.
• Establishes, develops and formulates plans, standards and procedures for health and wellness programs. Coordinates with the MWR (facility) marketing department to publicize aquatic/ wellness programs and events.
• the required materials/equipment/program supplies/uniforms/services and safety and rescue equipment. Conducts analysis of annual operating, capital purchases and minor construction budgets. Performs other duties as assigned.

• A one-year probationary period may be required for this position.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.
  2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
