We are seeking a versatile professional to join our team as Operations Manager. You will assist the Branch Manager by providing operations and office support through efficient management of daily operations in logistics and dispatch, safety, billing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will embrace variety, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and serve as the Branch Manager’s right-hand in all matters related to branch operations.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as the Branch Manager’s representative in all things and in all matters related to location management.
  • Schedules and oversees customer service, route-based drivers, and warehouse personnel in daily tasks and activities related to all operations and office functions.
  • Ensures the effectiveness of the team to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Supports Inventory Management including regular audits of equipment (supplies, vehicles, and units) ensuring that all licensing/tags, repair scheduling, product/supply orders, and/or replacement planning are properly identified and resolved.
  • Supports management of operations processes and procedures, including Safety, and ensures team members are trained and compliant.
  • Reviews and approves time records and reconciles branch time and attendance records.
  • Champions change, adopts, and trains others on new technologies and systems.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in an Operations Coordination or Management role.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
  • Extensive knowledge of operations and service management.
  • Proficient in Route logistics or similar software with the ability to learn and implement new online & logistics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Quick Books.
