We own a patented casting process that supplies coiled aluminum sheet to packaging and automotive markets with a broad range of alloys, thicknesses, and coatings. We’re honored to be selected by the Department of Energy to receive up to $22.3 million in investment supporting our Nexcast Mini Mill and other breakthrough projects, steering the industry toward a greener, decarbonized future.

We are seeking an Evening Production Superintendent to ensure safe operations, optimize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and meet production targets while controlling costs.

• Maintain a safe work environment through cultural development, behavior-based safety, and adherence to Work Instructions, RCA on safety incidents and near misses, and completion of safety observations.
• Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity, production shortfalls, and operating concerns for remediation.
• Mentor and evaluate the performance of operations staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations relating to safety/health, performance standards, operating procedures, processes, and training requirements.
• Use lean manufacturing methodologies to identify bottlenecks and implement initiatives.
• Work with other departments (Safety, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Serve as a resource for operational leads in problem solving and escalation of issues.

• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in leading and directing the work of other individuals assigned to the team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote a teamwork mentality.
• Strong interpersonal, team‑building, and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Must possess good leadership and coaching skills, have a solid comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change is essential and critical to this position.
• Position works 6 PM to 6 AM on a 2‑2‑3 schedule.

Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000 (Dependent on Qualifications)
