Desktop Support Engineer
Responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, system access, basic network issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets. Maintain IT assets, documentation, and follow company security and support procedures.
