Position: Temp Full-Time Billing Services Clerk
Become a Billing Services Clerk at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo in Fort McMurray and enhance your billing skills for a temporary full-time role. This position ensures accurate management of municipal receivables.

Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for processing billings related to various municipal services, responding to inquiries, and preparing account reconciliations. This three-month term aligns with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send out customer billings for municipal services

• Handle large volumes of customer inquiries efficiently

• Ensure payment accuracy and process account adjustments

• Reconcile receivable accounts regularly to maintain balance

• Follow up on unpaid accounts to secure payments

Requirements:

• Certificate in Business Administration or Accounting required

• Two years of relevant billing and receivables experience

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective communication and judgment in customer interaction
