In this role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will manage payroll transactions and maintain precise records for the Fort McKay Group of Companies. You will oversee site inquiries related to payroll and handle various administrative responsibilities, ensuring all updates are processed timely.
Your role is crucial for effective payroll management and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter payroll details in Day Force and Fieldglass systems
• Review and process payroll transactions diligently
• Resolve payroll discrepancies swiftly
• Maintain daily tracking and reconciliation spreadsheets
• Assist in onboarding new employees with Syncrude
Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma required
• 2-4 years payroll or accounting experience necessary
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Valid Class 5 License and clean Driver's Abstract
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail
