Revenue Administrator

Position: Revenue Administrator at Primaris REIT
Elevate your accounting career with Primaris REIT as a Revenue Administrator at Peter Pond Mall, Fort McMurray. Utilize your accounts receivable expertise in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will take charge of financial transactions, including monthly accruals, collections, and reporting. Close collaboration with the Property Accountant and the Director of Accounts Receivable ensures that all financial records and lease administration reflect accuracy and compliance. Your organized approach will contribute significantly to tenant relations and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals

• Update and audit tenant information for accuracy

• Manage accounts receivable reports and tenant communications

• Recommend bad debt allowances and write-offs

• Assist in preparing the monthly Asset Management Report

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in relevant field

• Minimum 2 years in accounting or property administration

• Experience in Real Estate or Property Management is beneficial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with Yardi is an asset
