Join Mikisew Group as an Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting for an industry leader in oil sands services. This role promises engagement in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
As a full-time Accounting Manager, you will ensure accurate financial data for over ten companies. You will guide the Financial Reporting team while focusing on compliance and improving financial performance through operational enhancements. Your background in oil and gas will be valuable in this strategic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial packages including statements and analysis
• Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team
• Manage consolidated budgets and forecasts for various companies
• Oversee transition of reporting systems to Net Suite
• Prepare for and review annual audits and compliance reports
Requirements:
• CPA with 7+ years of leadership experience in accounting
• Excellent MS Excel capabilities
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ASPE
• Proven skills in multi-company financial management
• Exceptional communication with all organizational levels
