The Maintenance Scheduler will play a vital role in managing the operational documentation and providing support for the maintenance supervisors at Fort Hills. Your duties will include oil sample processing, work order management, and maintaining detailed records. This position requires proficiency in office software and exceptional communication skills to thrive in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate administration support for maintenance tasks
• Manage the entry of work orders and scheduling
• Record oil sample data and prepare for shipment
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Track site labor and prepare monthly reconciliation
Requirements:
• Three years of office administration experience
• High School Diploma with an Office Administration background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License
