As the Maintenance Scheduler, you'll provide essential support to the Fort Hills maintenance team, ensuring all planning and administrative duties are completed accurately and timely.
Your role will include meticulous work order management, oil sample processing, and documentation maintenance, instrumental in streamlining operations and supporting the supervisory team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle opening and closing of work orders effectively
• Manage and update planning documentation and records
• Compile necessary reports for management review
• Record and prepare oil samples for shipment
• Assist with manpower tracking and documentation
Requirements:
• Three years of administrative experience in maintenance
• High School Diploma combined with relevant certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and CSO certification
