Job Description
- Shift start time of 5:30 am daily, Monday to Friday
- First 2 hours in dispatch, then move to office duties, including
- Call customers
- Book appointments
- Answer phones and provide customer service
- Print labels
- Support foreman and dispatchers
- Handle payroll time cards
- File documents
- Handle OS&D

- Effective communication skills - both verbal and written
- Developed organizational and time management skills
- Diplomacy, quick thinking, patience, and the ability to perform under pressure
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Shift is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift when required
