As a Front Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Supervisor and engaging with guests. Your tasks will include data entry, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a stellar guest experience. This role is essential for maintaining daily operations and fostering a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Front Office Supervisor
• Handle data entry and customer guest services
• Attend to guest inquiries both in person and via telephone
• Ensure exceptional service for each guest
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous hotel front desk experience is advantageous
• Competent in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Flexibility for shift work in a remote setting
