Position: Finance Administrator for Tacten Projects
Tacten is searching for a Field Finance Administrator to support operations in Northern Alberta, especially near Fort McMurray. This full-time site-based position focuses on client billing, payroll, and travel coordination.
As a key participant in our projects, you will be responsible for precise data processing and timely submission of payroll and billing details. Your organizational skills will come into play as you manage travel arrangements while ensuring all administrative records are maintained correctly in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit payroll accurately and timely

• Manage billing processes with required documents

• Conduct data entry and reporting in Excel

• Plan travel and accommodations as per company policy

• Provide administrative support to project teams
Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Office Administration

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience in field or industrial roles is a plus

• Must pass pre-access D&A testing
