In this key role, you will be responsible for reviewing invoices and ensuring the integrity of billing processes. Strong multitasking abilities and effective problem-solving skills are crucial for managing discrepancies and preparing detailed billing summaries. Key Responsibilities:
• Review invoices for accuracy before client submission
• Resolve billing discrepancies through thorough investigation
• Upload invoices into client-defined payment portals
• Prepare monthly billing summaries for clients
• Assist with administrative tasks for daily operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of billing experience in the Oil industry
• Relevant degree or certification in business administration valued
• Familiarity with Track, Open Invoice, and Maximo is beneficial
• Computer savvy with comfort in various applications
• Must have transportation to the office
