Key Responsibilities:
• Support administrative tasks for Maintenance and Safety teams
• Manage and review contracts for invoicing accuracy
• Post equipment costs and maintain job records
• Schedule and track required field staff training sessions
• Provide general administrative support when needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
