The successful candidate will provide essential administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations. You will engage actively with faculty and research partners, helping coordinate initiatives that foster a thriving educational environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison for operational and interdepartmental matters
• Organize and draft communications and reports
• Assist with research activities and compliance
• Maintain documentation and records systems
• Oversee coordination of workshops and academic events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area with research coursework
• 2 years in departmental coordination roles
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Experience with academic processes and documentation
• Knowledge of post-secondary education dynamics
