Join Civeo Camp Installations as a Maintenance Administrator to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations in Fort McMurray. This position offers a 14-day on/off rotation, focusing on administrative support and inventory management.
This role is designed for candidates with 3–5 years of trades administration experience, emphasizing accurate documentation and operational support. You'll work closely with various teams to manage materials, assist in invoicing, and maintain thorough records. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage documentation and reporting for maintenance operations
• Code and assign inventory for project costing
• Verify and organize incoming shipments
• Conduct stock management tasks and support procurement
• Coordinate material flow with maintenance teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in trades or warehousing
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and JD Edwards/Oracle
• Capacity to work in remote environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
