Maintenance Operations Administrator at Civeo

Civeo Camp Installations LP is seeking a Maintenance Operations Administrator for its Fort McMurray site. The role focuses on shipping, receiving, and administrative support for maintenance operations.
In this position, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient material flow and accurate records. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, overseeing inventory systems, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This role operates on a 14-day on, 14-day off rotation, providing a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance operations through documentation management

• Inspect and organize incoming shipments effectively

• Maintain databases for purchase orders and inventories

• Perform cycle counts and ensure warehouse organization

• Source materials and assist in procurement tasks
Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in trades administration

• Minimum of 5 years in shipping and receiving

• Clean Class 5 driver’s license needed for this role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
