The Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Intervention Manager and the team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Intervention Manager and team
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel logistics
• Maintain workflow tracking systems for team efficiency
• Ensure compliance with sensitive documentation handling
• Support internal meetings with minute-taking and follow-up
Requirements:
• Diploma in Office Administration or related field
• 3–5 years administrative experience, preferably in services
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Clear Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract
