As an Administrator, you will manage critical administrative operations, ensuring that the Intervention Manager and team are well-supported. You will handle scheduling, maintain document tracking, and uphold confidentiality within a culturally safe environment.

Your role emphasizes timely and efficient workflows aligned with Indigenous community values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks for the Intervention Manager

• Coordinate meeting logistics and material preparation

• Maintain organized documentation and workflow systems

• Support secure handling of sensitive records

• Assist with internal meetings, including minute-taking

Requirements:

• Office Administration diploma or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years in administrative roles favoring service fields

• Strong professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive info

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and file systems

• Valid driver's license and clear security checks
