We are looking for a detail-oriented LEM Administrator to maintain daily operations. You'll manage daily timesheets, reconcile reports, and handle client inquiries effectively. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and enter daily timesheets accurately
• Reconcile reports with timesheets and documentation
• Manage LEM entries for client billing systems
• Respond to client questions regarding LEMs
• Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current safety training certifications or willingness to complete
