As the Assistant in Corporate Records, you will manage daily operations related to records storage and retrieval, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all documentation. This role emphasizes teamwork and proactive problem-solving, requiring two years of experience in records management environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data entry and information searches

• Maintain and update classification schedules and loaned items

• Manage internal and external records inquiries

• Support training sessions and professional development

• Coordinate maintenance and safety procedures in storage facilities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Records and Information Management required

• Minimum two years’ experience in relevant fields

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to operate a vehicle with valid Alberta Class Five License
