Construction Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented to support construction project execution, maintain quality standards, and assist in site coordination. This role involves reviewing scopes, preparing sites for upcoming trades, conducting walk-throughs, and supporting project managers with scheduling, and documentation.



Key Responsibilities

Perform material counts and coordinate ordering.

Review scopes of work and ensure accuracy against plans.

Conduct walk-throughs and prepare sites for next trades and COS reviews.

Coordinate with subtrades, internal teams, and project staff to ensure workflow efficiency.

Assist with identifying and resolving schedule conflicts, quality issues, and site challenges.

Contribute to three-week lookahead schedules and support the Project Execution Plan (PEP).

Maintain accurate documentation and provide quality-related reporting.

Participate in site meetings and support communication between teams (no client communication beyond directing inquiries to the PM).

Qualifications

Strong construction knowledge.

Ability to read schedules, understand critical paths, and support lookahead planning.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction project systems.

Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract required.
