The Kearl site seeks a qualified Site Trainer to elevate training standards for operational personnel. Ideal candidates will possess significant mining experience, along with skills in training adults and program development. You will be responsible for equipment training, maintaining crew logs, and ensuring compliance with training standards to uphold operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and assess mandatory training for site personnel
• Develop and execute equipment and production training
• Oversee operator performance and provide corrective coaching
• Ensure training is executed in compliance with company standards
• Submit detailed weekly progress reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in a mining setting
• Proven experience with excavators, motor graders, and haul trucks
• Prior supervisory or coaching experience is required
• Familiarity with training technology and good communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and proficiency in English
