Experienced Utility Operator Position

Under the direction of the Team Lead, you will manage equipment operations, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards. With 2+ years in a relevant operating role, you’ll contribute to Civil Construction projects while fostering a culture of safety. Continuously improving operational practices based on feedback will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate construction machinery like excavators

• Conduct regular checks and basic maintenance on equipment

• Follow Team Lead instructions and adjust tasks as needed

• Engage in safety meetings and propose potential improvements

• Ensure a tidy and secure job site

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid class five driver’s license and clean abstract

• 2+ years of relevant equipment operating experience

• Must effectively operate specified heavy equipment

• Must be fluent in English
