Ansept Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in multifamily or commercial projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, overseeing concurrent projects while addressing daily issues and ensuring strict compliance with timelines and budgets. This role is pivotal for ensuring that all documentation is traceable and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate 3-4 projects simultaneously with administrative leadership

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and warranty claims effectively

• Track financial performance and assist with budget updates

• Prepare documentation for audits and client reviews

• Facilitate client and consultant communications to align project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in managing $10M construction projects

• Strong skills in cost tracking and change orders

• Post-secondary credential in a relevant field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction PM software

• Valid driver's license for site visits
