Night Shift Safety Advisor

Position: Night Shift Safety Advisor Role
Join OCL Group Inc. as a Safety Advisor on a night shift rotation, focusing on enhancing site safety culture. This fly-in/fly-out position requires effective communication and strong judgment for optimal performance.

We're seeking an experienced Safety Advisor for a 14/14 rotation to lead safety initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting hazard assessments, developing mitigation plans, and leading job safety analyses. Your goal will be to foster safety awareness among all personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site hazard assessments and develop control plans

• Lead the development of job safety analyses with staff

• Track and report site safety statistics regularly

• Communicate safety management plan to all personnel

• Conduct safety meetings and inspections accordingly

Requirements:

• 5+ years of field safety experience

• Certified National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO)

• Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Docs skills

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test clearance

• Must complete a criminal background check
