Sureway Construction Group is seeking experienced Earthworks Foremen for their operations in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and a background in civil earthworks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and able to manage crews in physically demanding conditions while ensuring project schedules are met.

• Minimum five (5) years as a Civil or Earthworks Foreman
• Personal reliable vehicle
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6" ankle support
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1 schedule
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
• Completion of company and site‑specific orientation

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OHS guidelines
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
