Heavy Equipment Dozer Operator - Remote Site

NACG is seeking skilled Dozer Operators for our Kearl mining site in Fort McMurray, with combined pay up to $56.50/hour. Bring your expertise to enhance project outcomes safely and effectively.

As a key member of the team, you will operate various dozers while ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have three years of experience on civil-type projects and be comfortable working in wet and challenging conditions. Members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955 enjoy numerous benefits after 400 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers efficiently for assigned tasks

• Comply with safety policies and maintain equipment

• Conduct pre-job reviews of safety plans

• Perform equipment walk-arounds and checks

• Immediately report issues and incidents

Requirements:

• Three years’ dozer operation experience required

• Experience on civil projects with soft ground needed

• Basic safety certification a must

• High school diploma or equivalent desired

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License necessary
