Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity, material, and labor takeoff from specifications

• Compile comprehensive databases of bill of quantity data

• Review quantity takeoffs for project alignment

• Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors

• Participate in site visits for scope validation

Requirements:

• Postsecondary degree or relevant trade experience

• 3 to 5 years in construction cost estimating

• Knowledge of industrial construction

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
