Position: Safety Advisor for OCL Group Inc.
Enhance safety standards as a Safety Advisor with OCL Group Inc. in a night shift role. This position involves a fly-in/fly-out work model from Edmonton or Calgary to promote a positive safety culture across teams.

We are recruiting a Safety Advisor for a 14/14 rotation, requiring 5+ years of field experience. You will undertake site hazard assessments, update safety management plans, and lead safety training sessions. Our aim is to ensure that every team member follows best safety practices on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general site hazard assessments and mitigation plans

• Update and communicate safety management plans as needed

• Oversee the completion of job safety analyses and evaluations

• Facilitate safety meetings and training discussions regularly

• Review incident reports and assist in investigations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of field safety experience required

• National Construction Safety Officer certification preferred

• Experience with Enbridge is an asset

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Clear pre-employment drug test required
