Kichton Construction LP seeks a dedicated Heavy Equipment Foreperson in Fort McMurray. Train and mentor crews while ensuring compliance with safety protocols during reclamation projects.
As part of the Kichton Group, Kichton Construction LP serves notable sectors like Energy and Mining. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction, focusing on safe and efficient operations. Ideal experience in Fort McMurray's oilsands is highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safe work practices and procedures
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members
• Ensure constant communication with Supervisors and Managers
• Manage materials inventory and orders
• Complete all required documentation and inspections
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in construction
• Essential mining/oilsands background
• Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills in English
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Lead your team effectively to achieve Kichton Construction’s reclamation goals.
