We are looking for a Residential Construction Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity, and strategic planning to our restoration and construction projects. If you excel at coordinating teams, anticipating risks, and keeping projects moving forward, you will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering compassion, quality, and certainty to our clients.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and scheduling process from preconstruction through system completion to ensure efficient, predictable project delivery.
  • Consolidate and analyze scheduling data to support decision-making and maintain project momentum.
  • Assess constructability, risks, and schedule opportunities unique to restoration and rebuild environments.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors to develop accurate look-ahead plans.
  • Integrate subcontractor schedules into a cohesive master schedule.
  • Facilitate interactive planning sessions that align teams and drive progress.
  • Manage schedule changes and ensure alignment with contract obligations.
  • Analyze schedule delays and variances and offer proactive solutions to keep timelines on track.
  • Communicate schedule plans and updates through clear reports, visuals, and presentations.
  • Support the site manager through leadership, teamwork, and strong coordination.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of construction scheduling experience with direct hire trades and subcontractors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel, or programs similar in nature.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling principles, work scopes, work orders, and contract requirements.
  • Experience with schedule delay analysis, risk analysis, computer software, and customer service.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills—with the emotional intelligence needed to support clients and teams in high-stress, time-sensitive environments.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive under demanding timelines.
