Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Superintendents

• Monitor project performance and implement proactive solutions

• Oversee construction efforts within budget and schedule

• Lead site meetings, communicating safety and performance priorities

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or construction diploma

• 10+ years in heavy civil construction

• Strong management and leadership skills

• Superior communication abilities

• CSTS and OSSA certifications required
