As an Earthworks Foreman, you will play a crucial role in managing construction crews within a demanding environment. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years in a similar role, showcasing in-depth knowledge of construction procedures and OHS guidelines. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely, with a clear focus on meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate construction teams

• Enforce safety protocols and best practices

• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables

• Read plans and blueprints for effective execution

• Conduct team training and safety orientations

Requirements:

• Five years experience in civil or earthworks supervision

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Personal reliable vehicle required

• CSA approved steel-toed boots

• Commitment to working long hours on a 6 & 1 schedule
