Position: Civil Superintendent for Heavy Oil Projects
Lead heavy oil projects with OCL Group Inc. in Fort McMurray, AB. We seek an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee site management, safety, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site oversight of safety and quality plans

• Coordinate daily activities of crew and subcontractors

• Support quality assurance and compliance of drawings

• Provide internal and external project reporting

• Assist in project planning and manpower forecasting

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years as a Superintendent

• Journeyman-level trades background preferred

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Google Suite, and MS Office

• Strong leadership and client relations skills

• Valid tickets: GD2, H2S Alive, LSE, First Aid
