Kichton Construction LP is hiring experienced Excavator Operators for their project at Mildred Lake, just north of Fort McMurray, Alberta. This position requires local candidates for non-camp work, with bussing provided to site. Your operation of heavy machinery will support various mining and construction tasks in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate hydraulic excavators in the oil sands

• Perform excavation, trenching, and loading activities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Conduct daily inspections and report issues

• Assist other crews and operators as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years operating excavators in relevant fields

• Certifications in OH&S and H2S Awareness

• Experience loading trucks and bulk excavation preferred

• Strong attention to safety practices

• Physically capable of working outside in all conditions
