Experienced Project Coordinator at OCL Group

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will deliver essential coordination on project management tasks. Your engineering diploma or degree and strong organizational skills will be key in managing scope definitions, bid evaluations, and subcontractor reviews. Work in a motivating environment where safety and project excellence are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist PM in scope definitions and bid evaluations

• Support contract reviews and change orders preparation

• Monitor daily progress and project reports

• Collaborate closely with PM for project execution

• Participate in planning for materials and logistics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project coordination experience

• Engineering degree, CET or PMP certification preferred

• Knowledge of project controls is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Google Drive

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
