Position: Full-Time Construction Helper
Join the construction team in Fort McMurray as a Full-Time Construction Helper. Support various projects by handling materials, operating equipment, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

We are looking for two dedicated Construction Helpers to support our operations in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Key duties include loading and unloading construction materials, mixing concrete and asphalt, and clearing work sites. Comprehensive on-the-job training ensures you will develop essential skills while actively contributing to site safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials to necessary work areas

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt

• Clear debris from construction sites and structures

• Operate light and heavy equipment effectively

• Assist tradespeople with various tasks on-site

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time hours, 40 hours per week

• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training

• No prior experience necessary

• Must be safety-conscious in tasks

• Strong work ethic and team spirit
