Overview
- Manage subcontractors, support meetings, agreements, and project oversight
- Execute project controls: scheduling (P6), progress tracking, quantities, productivity, and reporting
- Support contract management including RFIs, change tracking, documentation, and identifying risks/opportunities
- Coordinate surveying activities and assist with cost coding, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting
- Collaborate daily with safety, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team
- 3+ years of road building, infrastructure and/or bridge construction experience is highly regarded
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- Project controls, subcontractor management and reporting is essential
- Technical proficiency in Primavera P6, InEight, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Valid class 5 license with a clear driver s abstract
- Must be able to pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- valid class 5 license
