Construction Project Estimator at CILTD

Creative Industries Ltd. seeks a Construction Project Estimator to lead project estimates and client communications in Fort McMurray. This full-time role focuses on bidding, sourcing, and project planning.

As a Construction Project Estimator, you will report directly to the President & CEO at Creative Industries Ltd. You’ll prepare competitive estimates, review specifications, and ensure smooth communication with clients and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing supplies, managing risks, and enhancing project strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive project estimates and bid submissions

• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy

• Obtain and evaluate supplier pricing efficiently

• Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis

• Identify risks and opportunities for project value-engineering

Requirements:

• Experience estimating construction projects required

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts

• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and communication skills necessary
