Elevate safety standards as a Health and Safety Advisor with Ledcor in the pipeline industry. This position requires a proactive approach to compliance, safety training, and hazard assessments.

With over five years of experience in the pipeline sector, you will guide project teams in implementing Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System.

Your role encompasses conducting inspections, supporting site leadership, and facilitating safety meetings to enhance workplace safety. Additionally, you'll provide critical training to employees and subcontractors ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential safety issues

• Advise on compliance with Health and Safety Management Systems

• Support safety meetings and toolbox talks efficiently

• Develop Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Practice documents

• Monitor the effectiveness of HS&E plan implementation

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in pipeline safety roles

• CRSP Certification or similar qualifications required

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Proactive risk assessment and program development skills

• Valid provincial driver’s license mandatory
