OCL Group Inc. is looking for reliable, experienced Skilled Labourers. In this role, you will assist skilled trades, operate tools safely, and maintain a clean job site. Successful candidates must have a commitment to safety and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete tasks per OCL and industry standards
• Assist skilled trades and operate tools effectively
• Perform spotting and flagging duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings
Requirements:
• Experience in civil construction as a Skilled Labourer
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices
• Physically fit for manual labor and lifting
• Clean driver's license and reliable transportation
