Key Responsibilities:

• Lead heavy equipment crews on reclamation projects

• Ensure safety compliance and high production standards

• Conduct safety training and oversee crew performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in construction supervision roles

• Experience in mining or oilsands required

• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
