Reporting directly to the Paving Foreman, you'll handle breakdown, rubber tire, and finish rollers, ensuring precise and efficient asphalt compaction. This role involves traveling between operational locations across Alberta, with travel-related accommodations covered by the company. Your work will contribute significantly to community infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment for asphalt paving

• Perform maintenance and inspections on rollers

• Compact asphalt using different roller techniques

• Adjust equipment settings according to project needs

• Mentor new hires on operating procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of roller operation experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with no infractions

• Experience in heavy civil construction is a plus

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
