Construction Dozer Operator Needed

This safety-sensitive position under the Project Team Lead involves daily dozer operations and maintenance at the Syncrude Aurora site. With a commitment to safety and teamwork, you will be responsible for precise earthmoving activities and effective communication with site personnel. This role supports the overarching mission of Fort McKay to enhance safety practices at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozer efficiently for terrain changes

• Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance

• Control blade height and angle accurately

• Engage in reclamation, grading, and clean-up tasks

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Class 5 driver’s license and abstract needed

• Three years’ experience in dozer operation preferred

•

Certifications:

CSTS, OSSA or BSO, or CSO mandatory

• English proficiency required for effective communication
