Reporting to the Senior Manager of HSE, this role emphasizes your expertise in guiding teams on safety policies and procedures. You will conduct incident investigations, assist with audits, and promote a culture of safety. Your ability to perform under pressure will be key as you provide HSE on-call support and facilitate internal training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate incidents and hazardous conditions

• Assist with audit processes and requirements

• Identify hazards alongside management and staff

• Provide HSE on-call support as required

• Encourage a safe work culture across sites

Requirements:

• NCSO mandatory, CRSP considered an asset

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction/mining

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Valid Class 5 license with clean Driver’s Abstract

• Experience with Microsoft Office is required
