Grizzly Trek is seeking skilled graders for a full-time rotational role at the Mildred Lake site in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This position entails maintaining roads safely, ensuring proper drainage, and preparing sites for construction. A competitive salary of $29.00 to $40.00 per hour is offered based on verified experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate motor grader on haul and access roads

• Blade and ditch road surfaces for drainage

• Maintain in-pit ramps and berms to site standards

• Perform winter maintenance tasks like snow removal

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip machine inspections

Requirements:

• Verifiable motor grader seat time required

• Valid Class 5 licence and reliable transport

• CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid needed

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests

• Willingness to work 12 hour shifts and rotational schedule
