Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance and enhancing safety practices.
This position requires a seasoned Health and Safety professional with at least five years of experience in implementing safety protocols in Industrial Maintenance settings. You will conduct inspections, advise teams on safety standards, and ensure effective safety training and compliance during project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety inspections and hazard assessments on site
• Implement Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System
• Collaborate with site leadership for effective safety communication
• Conduct incident investigations and audits for project compliance
• Facilitate safety meetings and deliver training sessions
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of health and safety experience
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is mandatory
• Strong risk assessment and safety program development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license required for site travel
