Northview is seeking a Unit Renovation Coordinator who will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves coordinating capital projects, renovations, and vacant unit turnover within our residential properties. You will ensure that all processes align with established deadlines and standards while enhancing the quality of our neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work orders for unit turnovers and renovations

• Manage the tracking of vacant unit statuses and timelines

• Conduct and record move-out inspections

• Schedule staff to maximize unit turn efficiency

• Oversee contractor activities during unit renovations

Requirements:

• 3+ years in property management or construction coordination

• Experience with spreadsheets and project tracking tools

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license for on-site travel

• Clear criminal record check required
